Return Policy
Return Policy: Items (i.e. clothing, accessories, and home goods) must be unworn/unused with all tags attached to be eligible for return. A full refund of online items will be credited to the customer if returned online and shipped back to Helen Foxx. If returning an online purchase in store, store credit will be credited to the customer. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If completing an online return, please email Helen Foxx with order number and customer name. The customer will be credited back their funds within 48 hours of Helen Foxx receiving the shipped items back in store.

Shipment Information
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchasing, if purchased within store hours.
If pickup option is selected at checkout, items will be ready for pickup within 2 hours. If pickup is desired for current day, purchase of items must be complete before 4:00 M-F and before 3:00 on Saturday.
If purchased after 4:00/3:00, items will be available for pickup after 10:00 AM the following day.
